Description: The Quinault materials in the ACLS collection consist mainly of two items in the "Quinault" section of the finding aid. One is a set of field notebooks recorded by Livingston Farrand that primarily contain stories with interlinear translations, some stories in English only, as well as Vocabularies and ethnographic notes. A brief set of notes by James Teit includes vocabulary for parts of body, natural objects, implements, mammals, fish, reptiles.
