Description: The Úza materials in the ACLS collection consist of one item in the "Chichimeca" section of the finding aid (item Chm.1, "Chichimeco texts"). This is a collection consist of 11 folkloristic texts in English and Chichimeca-Jonaz with literal and free translations. Some Chichimeca-Jonaz vocabulary also appears in the "Mexico" section of the finding aid in "Comparative vocabularies of various Indian languages of Mexico" (item AM5).
