Description: The Yavapai material in James Crawford's "Recordings of Native American languages" collection consist of two recordings in "Series 13: Yavapai" and three recordings found with the Cocopa recordings in "Series 7: Cocopa." (Some of these recordings are duplicates of each other.) They consist of a word list and a text ("A message to the Cocopas") accompanied by a song, all given by speaker Warren Gazzam.
