Places noted in the source materials include Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Dominica, Grenada, Guadaloupe, Haiti, Martinique, Puerto Ricl, St. Croix, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Thomas, and Trinidad.
