Description: Five short texts recorded to conducted a mutual intelligibility study of Siouan languages. The speakers of the stories are from Eagle Butte, South Dakota; Sintaluta, Saskatchewan; Fort Totten, North Dakota; Griswold, Manitoba; and Rocky Mountain House, Alberta.
