Description: Items relating to the study of Dene languages, including a letter from Sapir to Hoijer regarding comparative Athapascan linguistics and two items composed of Hoijer's notes and writings on the subject. One is his 27-page "Comparative Athapascan Affixes," including charts of comparative data taken from 33 Athapascan languages and dialects (with English glosses).
